Access Requirements:

  • Check-in can only be performed by the booking organizer, an invited attendee with an Offision account, or a delegate authorized to act on behalf of the user.
  • If the “Allow Skip User Verification” option is enabled, anyone can check in without requiring user account verification, further simplifying the process when needed.

  1. Navigate to "Booking panel" and add a new booking panel or connect device

  2. Navigate to “Basic policy” and create / edit a policy

  3. Navigate to “Basic” tab and enable “Require check-in”

  4. Navigate to “User identify settings” and enable "QR code", or "Staff Card", or "User passcode"

  5. Navigate to "User", then navigate to "Settings" tab

  6. Import staff card data

  7. Input passcode data
